Motherhood Circle - Online

Looking for a mama tribe? Join us for deep conversation, empowerment, and connection.

There was a time where women gathered regularly to share stories, forge deep bonds, and mother mothers. Women, the life givers of the planet, were revered.

Today, motherhood can often feel exhausting, overwhelming and isolating. We will gather, share realtalk, and learn the power of community & mindfulness. Are you ready to move through motherhood differently? Life transforming 8-week Mother Mindfulness Program starts end of September.

Join Stephanie Jhala, leadership coach and founder of @allthemamafeels and other amazing local mothers for a Motherhood Circle. All The Mama Feels exists to empower women in one of the most important roles on the planet: being a mother. Our vision is to ignite maternal power, support you in dealing with the day-to-day (or night-to-night!) challenges and connect you to the magic, potency and joy of motherhood.

WHO: New moms, mat leave moms, stay at home moms, working moms, single moms, adopted moms, anyone who is a parent that identifies as someone who "mothers" their child(ren).

*LGBTQ & people of colour inclusive community
